HOW IT WORKS

• After completing our form online you will receive the booking confirmation via email with your booking reference number.
• When collecting your rented e-bike, you must present ID in the form of a driving license or passport as well as your unique booking reference number.
• Please ensure that you keep the booking reference number confidential and secure. If a legitimate form of ID or booking reference number is not provided, we will be unable to rent the e-bike.
• Customers may pick up their rented e-bike any time between 8am – 10am and return the e-bike on the final day of rental no later than 6pm.
• When picking up your rented e-bike, mandatory e-bike safety checks will be carried out and you will be given instructions on how to operate the equipment safely and properly.
